About the Role
As a Warehouse Keeper, you will coordinate and manage all operations, logistics, and warehouse administration to ensure smooth workflows. Based in Hounslow/Birmingham, you will collaborate with various teams to support our mission of driving the European transition to zero-emission transportation.

Key Responsibilities
Your role will include:
- Inventory Management: Overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory and equipment.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and shipments.
- Collaboration: Coordinating with logistics, suppliers, and project teams for efficient material handling.
- Compliance: Ensuring health, safety, and environmental regulations are adhered to within the warehouse.
- Logistics Oversight: Assisting with scheduling, tracking, and documenting inbound and outbound shipments.
- Data Reconciliation: Regularly reconciling shipping and receiving data with the HQ.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a warehouse or logistics administration role.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Knowledge: Understanding health and safety regulations in warehouse environments is a plus.
- Licensing: A full, clean UK driving license.
- Eligibility: The right to work in the UK.
