Job Overview
Big Sky Resort is hiring room attendants who are hardworking, detail-oriented, and self-motivated to join their housekeeping team. Big Sky Resorts provides the best services to their guests by maintaining cleanliness and providing guests with a home-away-from-home experience.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of a room attendant in the resort are given below:
• Maintain cleanliness and stocked hotel rooms and condos before, during, and after guest stays.
• Ensure a welcoming atmosphere by interacting positively with guests.
• Meetings take place every morning so team members are required to attend daily meetings in full uniform.
• Identify and report maintenance issues or missing items in rooms.
• Organize and restock housekeeping carts and supply rooms.
• Follow eco-friendly housekeeping practices.
• Adhere to Big Sky Resort policies and guidelines.
• Work together with all resort staff and show a teamwork mentality.
• Assist all the other team members and work above and beyond during high volumes.
Qualifications
• Must be physically capable of standing, walking, and bending for a full shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs unassisted.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Experience in hotel or resort hospitality is a plus.
